Qigong is an ancient Chinese energy cultivation technique. Its aim is to stimulate and balance the flow of chi, or "vital energy" through the body.
These relatively simple qigong exercises and meditation are good for reducing stress, preventing illness, increasing vitality; and enhancing overall health
The classes will introduce a variety of techniques that allow students to maintain health and rejuvenate the functions of the organs. The practice of qigong will also help give a deeper sense of inner peace and harmony. Through deep breathing, slow focused movement and a concentrated mind one becomes calm, tranquil and centered.
