You take care of tidying up after yourself in common areas. Your room is your responsibility. Very quiet non smoking house with other working professionals who work days and go to bed early and wake up early. Access to backyard, deck and bbq. Very peaceful relaxing area. Linens and towels are available if need be. Internet is additional and will be split 3 ways at $50 each on top of rent if interested. Must like cats. I have two of them.
