It's getting to be a wonderful time of the year for camping out at Liard

Hotsprings and enjoying the near tropical climate created up there.

We've got a couple of options of some potentially good weekends for this

coming up.

The first is the Thanksgiving weekend (October 8-10, 2005), when we will

be able to give thanks for the existence of the hotsprings and the

unique microclimate that they create. This weekend will be very

convenient, as it is a long weekend already, meaning that we won't have

to book time off work, or haul kids out of school to come along.

The second option is the Halloween weekend (October 29-31, 2005). Some

co-workers of Chris' are heading up there. This would, however, require

people to book a day off work, most likely the Monday (Halloween).

Let Chris know which weekend works best for you and we'll arrange for

carpooling.
