The North Peace Light Horse Association will be having a Hallowe'en party on October 30, 2009 from 5:00 pm - 8:00pm.  There will be games, and prizes for kids of all ages.  Silent auction, wagon rides, small concession, haunted house, $2.00 per child admission.
