A simple 8 piece Seated Qigong Meditation suitable for those new to mediation practice or for those who would like to deepen an established practice.
Both in the moving and non-moving forms qigong relaxes the practitioner. When one's body is relaxed, the mind quiets - just like the clear waters of a still lake. A quiet mind leads to an open heart.
The primary purpose of the practice of this qigong is to enable the practitioner to return to the freshness of the natural state - to be in the flow, to be happy and contented, to feel at one with the world.
